Senior C# ASP.Net Developer
Based in North Hertfordshire UK - Salary up to £38k pa
We are looking for a talented experienced ASP.Net C# web developer to work as part of a small friendly team in an exciting well established company.
Specialising in ecommerce we work for a wide range of client groups and have a commitment to high international standards. We are passionate about what we do!
The role will involve the development of internet applications, websites and in-house software, as well as dealing with our clients day to day enquiries.
Ideally the successful candidate will be an accomplished developer, with a strong background (at least 5 years experience) in a similar role.

Required skills (all applicants will be expected to take a short test before the interview):
- ASP.Net v2 development using C#.
- Database development using SQL Server or MySQL.
- Classic ASP/VBScript
- SQL
- IIS server administration
- DNS administration
- JavaScript
- XHTML
- CSS2
The successful candidate will also be expected to demonstrate that they:
- Can take a lead development role
- Can work as an integral part of a team.
- Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Can ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Have good customer facing skills.
- Can effectively communicate with clients and suppliers in clear non-technical manner.
- Can translate customer requirements into working systems.
- Have a strong understanding of the principles of web design and implementation including W3C standards.
- Have a strong understanding of web accessibility principles.
