Support Calls
Our support service provides unlimited telephone support to existing Osmodus customers
from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekends.
For those of you on enhanced contracts please refer to your Osmodus documentation.
To place a support call, telephone 01462 429 730 and explain to the receptionist that you are
calling for support.
Please don't ask for one of us by name as the person you
ask for may be away. We're all here to help and your call will be acted upon as soon as you speak
to one of us.
For non urgent support you should email us on support@osmodus.com.
Please don't email urgent support requests - we may not see the email soon enough.
